30-Day Refund Policy for Email Marketing Checklist
1. Terms of use.
All rights reserved by Porcellia. You are prohibited from sharing, copying, reproducing, or selling this product without explicit permission from Porcellia. Violations will be prosecuted. If you are the legitimate purchaser of The Easy Email Checklist, you may use it for personal purposes only. Any unauthorized sales or distribution will lead to legal action.
2. Eligibility Window for Refunds.
Refund requests can be made only after 21 days of purchase. This provides the users with sufficient time to implement the checklist and observe initial results, which typically take 20 days.
3. No Refunds After 30 Days.
Refunds will not be granted beyond 30 days from the purchase date. Any requests made on or after the 31st day will be automatically declined.
4. Refund Process Timeframe.
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be returned via the original payment method.
5. Refund Request Submission.
Users must submit refund requests via the official customer support email hub@porcellia.com provided on the product website. Refund requests made through social media or other channels will not be considered.
