Better than market average. The starting salary of every full-time hire, fresher or otherwise, is at least ₹5 LPA. We aim to raise that floor by 25–30% within the next year. Bonuses, increments, profit-shares, and long-term equity follow for consistent high-performers. Annual raises for top performers are deliberately uncapped, and extremely rewarding by design.

If you're left-brained, train the right. We don't want copywriters, designers, marketers, and strategists. We want storytellers, mad scientists, visual thinkers, contrarian strategists.

Not just for tasks. For outcomes. Think beyond the brief. Step in before you're asked. Observe gaps and fix them. Don't just follow up — follow through. If it affects the business, it's everyone's concern, regardless of designation.

Not from day one. But within a few weeks. D2C is a fast-moving space. A brand's ROAS, conversion rates, account health can crash overnight. If we're not quick enough to fix the leak, revenue loss compounds for weeks. Even a perfect strategy fails if it ships late. If you can't handle tight deadlines, large creative volume, or high-pressure moments, this isn't for you.
